Clients may cancel services at any time.
A cancellation request must be submitted via email.
The effective cancellation date is the date the written request is received.

b. Cancellation Fees:

Depending on the timing of the cancellation, clients may be subject to cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees are determined based on the progress of the project or service.

2. Cancellation by Digital Sign Advertising:

a. Unforeseen Circumstances:

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, force majeure, or any other situation that may prevent us from fulfilling our obligations.

b. Refund in Case of Company Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation by Digital Sign Advertising, clients will receive a full refund for any fees paid.

3. Refund Process:

a. Timing:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

b. Method:

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.

4. Changes to the Policy:

a. Updates:

We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the cancellation policy periodically.
