1. Cancellation and Refund:

Clients have the right to cancel services at any time. A cancellation request must be submitted via email.

A written request for cancellation must be submitted in writing via e-mail.

The effective cancellation date is the date the written request is received.

b. Cancellation Fees:

Depending on the timing of the cancellation, clients may be subject to cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees are determined based on the progress of the project or service.

2. Refunds for Unrendered Services:

a. Services Not Initiated:

If services have not commenced, clients are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.

b. Partially Completed Services:

If part of the services has been completed, refunds will be calculated based on the work not performed.

3. Refunds for Digital Sign Advertising Cancellation:

a. Cancellation due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of cancellation by Digital Sign Advertising, clients will receive a full refund for any fees paid.

4. Refund Process:

a. Timing:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

b. Method:

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.

5. Changes to the Policy:

a. Updates:

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
