Reseller Policy

This Reseller Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for individuals or businesses ("Resellers") interested in reselling the services of Digital Sign Advertising ("Company," "we," or "our").

1. Reseller Application:

a. Application Process:

Prospective Resellers must submit an application to become an authorized Reseller.

The Company reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on its discretion

b. Approval Criteria:

The Company will consider factors such as industry experience, market reach, and alignment with our brand values when evaluating applications.

2. Commission Structure:

a. Commission Percentage:

Resellers will receive a commission based on the sales generated through their efforts (See reseller program for specific details on the commission structure).

b. Payment Frequency:

Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis.

3. Responsibilities of Resellers:

a. Marketing and Sales:

Resellers are responsible for actively promoting and selling Digital Sign Advertising services.

Marketing materials provided by the Company must be used accurately and in compliance with our brand guidelines.

b. Customer Support:

Resellers may be the first point of contact for their customers and are responsible for providing basic customer support.

Complex issues will be escalated to the Company for resolution.

4. Branding and Representation:

a. Branding Guidelines:

Resellers must adhere to our branding guidelines when representing Digital Sign Advertising.

Any use of the Company's logo or materials must be approved in advance.

b. Customer Representation:

Resellers must represent Digital Sign Advertising accurately and ethically.

Any false or misleading representation may result in termination of the Reseller agreement.

5. Termination:

Grounds for Termination:

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Reseller agreement for reasons including but not limited to violation of this Policy, unethical practices, or poor performance.

6. Confidentiality:

a. Confidential Information:

Resellers agree to keep all confidential information obtained during the partnership confidential, both during and after the term of the agreement.

7. Changes to the Policy:

a. Policy Updates:

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Reseller Policy at any time without prior notice.

Resellers are responsible for reviewing the Reseller Policy periodically.
