This refund policy (\"Policy\") applies to the services provided by Digital Sign Advertising (\"Company,\" \"we,\" or \"our\").<\/p>

1. Cancellation and Refund:<\/p>

a. Right to Cancel:<\/p>

Clients have the right to cancel services at any time.\nA cancellation request must be submitted via email.<\/p>

A written request for cancellation must be submitted in writing via e-mail.<\/p>

The effective cancellation date is the date the written request is received.<\/p>

b. Cancellation Fees:<\/p>

Depending on the timing of the cancellation, clients may be subject to cancellation fees.<\/p>

Cancellation fees are determined based on the progress of the project or service.<\/p>

2. Refunds for Unrendered Services:<\/p>

a. Services Not Initiated:<\/p>

If services have not commenced, clients are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.<\/p>

b. Partially Completed Services:<\/p>

If part of the services has been completed, refunds will be calculated based on the work not performed.<\/p>

3. Refunds for Digital Sign Advertising Cancellation:<\/p>

a. Cancellation due to Unforeseen Circumstances:<\/p>

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>

In the event of cancellation by Digital Sign Advertising, clients will receive a full refund for any fees paid.<\/p>

4. Refund Process:<\/p>

a. Timing:<\/p>

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.<\/p>

b. Method:<\/p>

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.<\/p>

5. Changes to the Policy:<\/p>

a. Updates:<\/p>

We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.<\/p>

Clients are responsible for reviewing the refund policy periodically.<\/p>
