Reseller Policy<\/p>

This Reseller Policy (\"Policy\") outlines the terms and conditions for individuals or businesses (\"Resellers\") interested in reselling the services of Digital Sign Advertising (\"Company,\" \"we,\" or \"our\").<\/p>

1. Reseller Application:<\/p>

a. Application Process:<\/p>

Prospective Resellers must submit an application to become an authorized Reseller.<\/p>

The Company reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on its discretion<\/p>

b. Approval Criteria:<\/p>

The Company will consider factors such as industry experience, market reach, and alignment with our brand values when evaluating applications.<\/p>

2. Commission Structure:<\/p>

a. Commission Percentage:<\/p>

Resellers will receive a commission based on the sales generated through their efforts (See reseller program for specific details on the commission structure).<\/p>

b. Payment Frequency:<\/p>

Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis.<\/p>

3. Responsibilities of Resellers:<\/p>

a. Marketing and Sales:<\/p>

Resellers are responsible for actively promoting and selling Digital Sign Advertising services.<\/p>

Marketing materials provided by the Company must be used accurately and in compliance with our brand guidelines.<\/p>

b. Customer Support:<\/p>

Resellers may be the first point of contact for their customers and are responsible for providing basic customer support.<\/p>

Complex issues will be escalated to the Company for resolution.<\/p>

4. Branding and Representation:<\/p>

a. Branding Guidelines:<\/p>

Resellers must adhere to our branding guidelines when representing Digital Sign Advertising.<\/p>

Any use of the Company's logo or materials must be approved in advance.<\/p>

b. Customer Representation:<\/p>

Resellers must represent Digital Sign Advertising accurately and ethically.<\/p>

Any false or misleading representation may result in termination of the Reseller agreement.<\/p>

5. Termination:<\/p>

Grounds for Termination:<\/p>

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Reseller agreement for reasons including but not limited to violation of this Policy, unethical practices, or poor performance.<\/p>

6. Confidentiality:<\/p>

a. Confidential Information:<\/p>

Resellers agree to keep all confidential information obtained during the partnership confidential, both during and after the term of the agreement.<\/p>

7. Changes to the Policy:<\/p>

a. Policy Updates:<\/p>

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Reseller Policy at any time without prior notice.<\/p>

Resellers are responsible for reviewing the Reseller Policy periodically.<\/p>
